Susan Meiselas, special guest to the Trieste Photo Days 2022 festival, will offer a not to be missed intensive workshop reserved for 8-10 participants. Appointment on Saturday 29th October for a collective creative experience curated by one of the most influential documentary photographers in the world, member of the Magnum Photos agency and president of the Magnum Foundation.
The format of the workshop will be that of a collective portfolio review supervised by Susan Meiselas: an intensive lab for project development in which each participant will present to the class and to the teacher the concept of a photographic project. It needs to be in progress, or nearly complete, as they hope to develop a form for the work they have produced. They can of course bring accompanying materials if that’s appropriate to their project.
Each project will be discussed collectively under the leading action of Susan Meiselas who will encourage brainstorming, give advice and make suggestions, so that everyone can get the best from their work.
