Sandro Antoniolli began working in photography around 1982. From 1985 to 1998 he was a member of the Circolo Fotografico Friulano, collaborating on and taking part in various exhibitions. Among the publications from this period, he recalls the book I confini del mare (1998, Guarnerio Editore). In 2025, his project All the Dust of India earned him the Best Author award in the Exhibit Around INDIA photographic call.
