Born in Sicily, in Palazzolo Acreide, the city where he lives and works.
During his university studies he became passionate about photography and he began his travel experiences around the world especially attracted by Asian countries.
His photography is a continuous search for elsewhere and for the self, in his continuous reportages that begin first in Sicily, during countless Religious Festivals and then in the world and in Asia in particular.
After a Masters in Communication and Web Design, he graduated from the “Rosario Gagliardi” Academy of Fine Arts, in Visual Arts Visual Realities.
In recent years he has perfected his training with authors on the national scene by participating in courses and workshops, while continuing to attend the photographic associative environment of Catania and Milan.
Protagonist of the Western gazes in Burma exhibition at the Civic Museum of Oriental Art as part of the stimulating collaboration undertaken in 2018 with the Photo Library of the Civic Museums of History and Art of Trieste, in which contemporary photography interacts with historical photography and the collections of oriental art exhibited in the museum. In the exhibition Western gazes in Burma the contemporary shots dedicated to Burma by Lello Fargione dialogue with the testimonies present in the photographic collection USIS (United States Information Service) preserved in the Photo Library of the Civic Museums of History and Art.
