Projection of the documentary “NON iO - not only photography” by Luca Quaia, with reading / anticipation of some "diaries" of the artists involved.
“NON iO – not only photography” is a photographic project created by Emanuela Incarbone in collaboration with Luca Quaia, and the support of the association Roke Productions and ICS, with the aim of acquiring and sharing a greater awareness of the city of Trieste and people who live there. A tale of lives "different from ours" running parallel in the social fabric of Trieste, in a historical moment of great distrust towards others, characterized by fear and many small daily solitudes.
The project consists of an exhibition (with photos and diaries of the authors), which will be inaugurated on Tuesday 24th October 2017 at the exhibition space DoubleRoom (via Canova, 9, Trieste), and a documentary curated by Luca Quaia, which will be screened on Friday 27 October 2017 at Sala del Giubileo (Riva tre Novembre, Trieste).
The exhibition at DoubleRoom is open until 5th of November, from Monday to Friday, from 5pm to 7pm.
