Trieste Street Walk – with Michael Goldrei

Vienna-based street & documentary photographer Michael Goldrei will be leading a FREE ACCESS street photography walk through some of the more photogenic parts of Trieste on the final day of the festival, for a cheery walk with other attendees and a chance to see the festival off with a drink at the end. See you Monday 1 Novembrer 2021 in Sala Xenia at 9.30 AM.

The walk includes a brief iPad presentation on some different styles of street photography for those who are new to the genre, as well as some tips along the way, should you be interested in developing your style.

The walk takes place outside, but please use common sense in terms of being courteous to others in regards to concerns about coronavirus.

As the walk involves a visit to a cafe/bar at the end, please ensure you bring a facemask and have a ‘green pass’ with you.

Feel free to bring any kind of camera as long as you know how to use it (it’s not a workshop on how to use a camera): digital, analogue, mobile phone.

Until November 14, 2021 it will be possible, for those who wish, to upload the photos taken during the Street Walk on the special call on my.exhibitaround.com.

The best photo will be exhibited at Trieste Photo Days 2022 and published in one of the ExhibitAround books and in the Festival Catalog. The author of the photo will be hosted for 2 nights in Trieste during the festival days.

Vienna-based street & documentary photographer Michael Goldrei originally hails from the UK.
